Special Anchor Light, NUC, Not Under Command.
The matt Fresnel glass spreads the light very attractively. Very special lamp for a maritime or industrial interior, a real eye-catcher.
Marked 1983, there are more characters on it, presumably inspection numbers. An anchor light had to be turned on when a ship anchored/goes to anchor, the red insert was placed in if the ships were unlucky.
